Questions hosts ask us

Do I have to leave Airbnb?
No — and we don't recommend it. Your direct booking site works alongside your OTA listings with synced calendars. Airbnb stays your discovery channel for new guests; your site captures repeat guests, referrals, and travelers who find you on Google — the bookings where the platform adds no value.
How do guests actually find my direct site?
Three main channels: past guests (your check-in materials, welcome book, and follow-up emails point them to your site for next time), Google searches for your property name and area, and word-of-mouth links you can share anywhere — social media, business cards, local partners. We set all of this up as part of every build.
How do payments work? Is it safe?
We integrate Stripe — the same payment processor used by Amazon and Shopify — connected to your own account. Guests pay by card with full encryption, you can require deposits or security holds, and payouts go straight to your bank. You're protected by Stripe's fraud tooling and can set your own cancellation policies.
Will my calendar double-book?
No. We set up two-way calendar sync between your direct site and your OTA listings (via iCal or your property management system). When a guest books anywhere, every other calendar blocks those dates automatically.
What do I need to provide?
Your photos, a link to your existing listings, and about an hour of your time across the project. We handle the domain, design, copywriting, booking setup, payments, and launch. If your photos need work, we can connect you with a local photographer.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, security and software updates, calendar sync monitoring, and support when you need changes — new photos, price updates, policy tweaks. No contracts; cancel anytime and the site is still yours.
